• Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how the app is used, to improve it.

• To provide and operate the resume builder and cover letter generator.
• To generate AI cover letters based on the resume and job details you provide.
• To process subscriptions and manage your account.
• To improve our features and respond to support requests.

The content you create is yours. We use it to provide the service to you — for example, sending your resume and a job description to our AI provider to generate a tailored cover letter. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We rely on trusted providers to run Applygrid, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and our AI provider for cover letter generation. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your resumes and cover letters at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
